Astronaut to be the Star Attraction

Tim Peake was the first British astronaut to visit the International Space Station and he’ll be attending Air & Space: Inspiring The Next Generation Air Force themed Air Tattoo. This year’s show will be in sync with the 50^th anniversary of the first man landing on the moon.

Andy Armstrong said that the 50^th anniversary would be the perfect time to feature craft that flies beyond the boundaries of the earth as the airshow has not done this before.
